Client Desktops not functioning after period of time

Hello,

We are having a problem with some clients that are losing the functionality of their webtop session. After a period of time if they select a link  on their webtop nothing happens.

There is nothing populating in the event log nor is there anything in tcc.txt 

Any suggestions
