does anyone know the name of the routine that calls the custom API

When a custom integrator is created, which includes a custom API for uploading the spreadsheet rows, does anyone know the name of the routine that calls the developed custom API?   I think I would like to look at its code if possible and see what it does when it reaches the end of the spreadsheet rows.
