Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. number format issue

Hi,

I am having this strange problem while generating report output only in excel.

I would like to display 0.00 for 0 and hence used the number format "#,##0.00".

The report correctly shows 0.00 in PDF output but not in Excel !!

Have you ever faced this problem?

Any help would be appretiated.
