Korean Customers Conversion

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
  Hi, I have a data file in Korean language. I have to load this data into Oracle EBS system. First of all, i am extracting the data into staging table using sql*loader. i am seeing junk characters in the oracle staging table.I cannot see the korean characters in the customer name.

Can somebody throw me some light on the setups that need to be done and verify before the load?
