How/Where to download NetBackup 7.0.1 files

  SR 3-2695912841 says I can download NetBackup 7.0.1 files from MOS.  The downloading that I know is using Patches & Updates tab.  Patches & Updates does not provide an index but requires a patch number.

How do we find update files from MOS?
