Customizing MergeWizard Account Lookup

When using the MergeWizard (clicking the Merge button) on the Account Detail screen, the Account Name, Location, and Main Phone # show up in the search list.  Our users would like to see several additional fields.  Can anyone tell me where I can customize the fields that appear in this search?  Thanks.
