End User Returns with Inspection in Oracle Inventory

 The materials/items issue to the end users through move order requisitions are returned to the Stores (Sub Inventory) when they are considered as surplus by the consigner. During such returns, inspects is happening. How do we get to map this scenario in Oracle apps (Inventory). These Returns are not Customer returns, that can handled very well by RMA.
