Upgrading from Contract Manager 10 to 13

 I have been tasked to upgrade our OLD release of Primavera Contract Manager 10 on a Sybase db to version 13 with an Oracle db.  HELP!  Are there any docs that can step me through the upgrade or am I on my own?  We have no budget for any outside help so I'm it.
