Customer Name in Japanese/Chinese/Korean Language

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
 Hi,

I imported the Korean customers into oracle using sql loader.From here i created teh customers using the TCA API.i store the korean name in the alternate field in the customer form. When i open the customer newly created, i can see the english name in the customer name field but i see some boxes (junk characters) in the alternate field.

How can i see the foreign langugaes in oracle customer form?

I set the profile FND:%Native%Encoding to 'UTF8'. We are on oracle Apps 11.5.10.2.

please help.
