Integraion with other CRM Solution

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello All,

I am integrating E-Biz with other CRM Solution using Java. I have got the party creation JAVA API using which I am able to insert the data into DB as I can see that using TOAD. But when I use "Customer Online Superuser" responsiblity to get it in UI, am not able to find the party.But I can see the same data after 1 day (not sure about this time span).I am using R12 instance.

Please suggest.
