E1 On 64Bit OEL

 Hello all,
I've setup an 64bit enterprise server, and when I've tried to start it I've got some errors when starting the service. After some search I've installed the 32bit database client on a new home and created a symbolic link to the 32 bit libraries. And now it's working. The question is :

Is this the right way to do it?

I've found a note: 879312.1 which said to point the enterpriseione.sh script to the new home but this isn't working.

E900 8.98.4 OEL 5, WLS 11g, DB 11g x64.
