How to delete Citrix user profile

Hello,
I got an error msg - Registry entry creation for Current user failed for DBExpress, when I log in P6 via Citrix.
The solution of knowledge base says "The error can be caused by a Citrix user profile containing older Borland files related to it.  Delete the Citrix user profile and recreate to resolve this error."
My question is that how to delete the Citrix user profile? on server side or client side?
