implementing db changes

  Hello,

I'm an Oracle DBA.  I also develop discoverer reports for the DB.  However, I'm an remote DBA, not on-site. So, when I implement report changes, I do an export of the report admin user, send the dmp file to the on-site field rep.  He will then import the dmp file.  However, on the production db, they do create their own discoverer ad-hoc reports, so, when the rep imports the dmp I send him, these ad-hoc reports get overwritten.  

Is there any way around this?
