Contract management for WIn2008 - 64bit server?

Expedition/Contract management still shows as being unsupported in a 64bit server. Does anyone have any idea if that is a permanent thing or if Oracle has any intention of developing a service pack for version 13 that will allow it to be installed on Server 2008-64bit?
