Duplicate CR numbers
Example CRs that seem to be duplicated: 7001799, 7008870.
If I could leave the related SRs open until my CRs move, that would be ok. BUT, Oracle Support personnel have been applying pressure for me to close the SRs. They say it is Oracle policy to close SRs once the problem is documented in a CR. BUT, there is no way for me (a customer) to see "my" CR. Oracle Support personnel have suggested I open a new SR when I want to check the status of the CR.
