On Demand has quite slick functionality in this area - and even has some smart mobile apps for the remote sales force for ipod. However without the synchronisation piece in JDE it is a difficult to convince a mobile sales team that they must log in to JDE to access a calendar in addition to that in their e-mail system.
Anyone any thoughts or experiences to share? I am assuming the ultimate fusion aim will be for an on demand solution which has all of the bells an whistles. Without the synchronisation piece then for all the nice functionality the sales force side of things is pretty much redundant.
