Validation failed for the field - Ship To

 Hi,

I am trying to import an EDI order and keep getting the following message: Validation failed for the field - Ship To.

I have checked both in the form (Customer Standards) and in Toad (RA and HZ tables) that the Ship To (site) is active.

Any ideas as to what else could be casuing this? Could it be the location? I have noticed there are multiples of the same location assigned to the customer site uses.
