NA PAY Webcast: Why is employee name converted to Init Cap on W2 PDF?

On the PDF W-2s why is that the Employee Name is converted to Init Cap? Why not leave it as it is setup on HR? I know that it is not an issue either for IRAS or USPS, but it is better if the name is left as it is setup on HR.
