can install 32-bit oracle database 10g on 64-bit windows 2003 server?

 We are going to change new server with Microsoft Windows 2003 (64-bit). Is it ok to install Oracle 32-bit software such Oracle database 10g and Forms 6i on 64-bit O/S since we want to clone the database from old server (WIN 2003 32-bit) to the new server (WIN 2003 64-bit)? Thanks.
