Workflow environment migrations

 I am wondering if there is a way to migrate the configuration setup for workflow.  I know I can migrate the object such as Roles,Views, SQL Definitions, Role Actions and User lists however is there a way to migrate the Approval Process (Workflow Configuration) setup.  I am tired of re-creating it in every environment. 

Is there an established process or can development provide any guidance or can someone provide all the records needed to copy over.

Environment is Peoplesoft SCM 9.1 MP4 Tools 8.5
