Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OTL : Hourly deduction Policy does not work when overtime explosion exists

We have requirement , when work in shifts ,

his worktime is 12 hour - 8 Hours Regualr + 1 hours deduction Policy + 3 Overtime

How to achieve this as hour deduction policy is not working on normal explosion.
