DB parameter adjustments

We have 10.2.0.4 database on AIX, need to check some db parameters.
Log_bufer has 13M.Can we change this value to 70M? will this helps to enhance our db?

session_cached_cursors has 100.Can we change this value to 1000?.Will this helps?

sga_max_size & sga_target have 41 GB. Can we change these values to 50 GB? will this also helps?
