Internal Sales Order - Interface trip Stop getting hung (keeps running)

Post Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12 we are having issues with the Interface Trip Stop getting hung after the Internal Sales Order is ship confirmed. Has anybody had a similar issue. We never had an issue in R11.5.10.2. I do have a Service Request with Oracle open and haven't yet found a solution yet. I would really appreciate any input.
