Periodic Mass Copy wont copy addition

  We are on 11.5.10 and  have a Tax book. We are still in Dec-10 and there was a new asset added in Dec-2010 and later some cost added to it in the corporate book in Dec-10. We ran 'Periodic Mass Copy' to transfer the addition of cost into Tax book, however, the cost is not transfering.

I have Copy Additions, Adjustments and Retirements checked in the Books Control for the tax book.

The Periodic Mass Copy output for this asset says ..'This asset has already been added in the TAX book'

Can anyone please throw some light....
