Multiple Operating Units Security

Dear All,

We have MOU in our company. We have applied security rules to restrict data
entry but when our user go to "GL Entry" he is not able to enter journal in
other Operating Unit, but he can post & reverse the Journal of other Operating
Unit. Is there anyway to restrict the "Journal Entry "Posting & Reversal"?
