Oracle 11g on Linux11 in VM-Environment

 Hello, we want create a high - availability - Database on an VM-Linux installation. My Idea is, if an Database on VM crashed an other VM starts and the Database (without Restarting  Database and all Processes, Listener etc) take over the Work.
I mean, for the Application are all things running.
Is this feasible or similar crazy?
