Overtime Premium calculation and it's extension

 Has anyone implemented the OT premium calculation?  I was updating my companies customization to this and found that the template code from Oracle creates the expenditure group with a system linkage function of 'ST' and its expenditure items with a system linkage function of 'OT'.  'OT' is correct as that is what is defined for the OT premium expenditure type.  My 15 years experience and the Projects TRM says that the system linkage functions should be the same in the expenditure groups and items table.
