DBA ending dates should be compared to check dates

 We had to do OTOs for the first payroll of the year for a deduction such as Flex because employees had some timecards from the last two weeks in 2010. We are on Xe. In later releases, does the system take into account the ending date of the DBA and compare it to the check date, regardless of the date worked? This is also an ongoing problem when a person switches medical plans. If we are paying them on 01/15/11, and their deduction ended on 12/31/10, but they have timecards dated between 12/16/2010 and 12/31/2010, it will take that old
