In the Customer Support Education team, we get MANY questions about now to do various things, both inside and outside My Oracle Support. The questions run the gamut, from simple things like, "how do I log a Service Request?" to more complext things, like "how do I install the OCM collecter?"

Most of these questions have easy to find solutions right here in MOS, and you have many options to help you. Here are a few:

1. This community. The Customer Support Education team is always happy to answer any question you might have. Bear in mind, though, that our technical knowledge is somewhat limited, since there are so many products in the Oracle suite. You probably want to keep your questions here to more process-related questions.
