Search result window does not show all results using "where as"

 When a user does a search and then uses the "where used" tab the result window will not display all of the rows no matter what size. Example if he has 15 rows of results the window will only show 14 and if he has 3 rows of results the window will only show 2. Does anyone know of any kind of setting so the search will show all results no matter what. This is not on all clients as mine does show all results.
