PG&C: Managing Pending Revisions when populating Specifications and Compositions on Parts

 Hi,

From what we are seeing, the system will not move a specification  or declaration/composition onto a pending revision, if the pending rev exists prior to adding the spec or declaration/composition onto an item.

Use case:
Item is on a change
Compliance manager adds part to Declaration (By default latest released revision is added to declaration)
Compliance manager adds all relevant data to declaration and releases declaration
Compliance manager checks part, (Latest released revision) and sees specification specific to declaration and composition
Change analyst releases ECO
Compliance manager checks part (New latest released revision) and the information is missing
