 A new Support customer training for Oracle Hardware customers is now available: My Oracle Support - Hardware Asset and Automated Service Request (ASR) Management (Note 1282218.1). It is about Support Identifiers and viewing hardware asset information Managing hardware asset information, ASR functions and processes and Activating and managing ASR for your hardware assets.
