Internal Error at the time of Merge Statement

One of the OWB MAP is failing with the below error.

Errors in file /dborafiles/orbam_dy/orbamd1/admin/udump/orbamd1_ora_19876.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcblasm_1], [4095], [4095], [], [], [], [], []
