Simulating M-Series XSCF SNMP Alarms for testing.

 We need to know how to induce simulated platform alarms on the XSCF such as sensors, FRU's, temperature, voltages and send them out the network via SNMP to a Network Management Server so we can make sure that all alarms are received.
