How to use tape library with RMAN?

 Hi Experts,
I need to configure IBM tape library 3575 for database backup. I already configured RMAN which is taking backup in local disk. When I tried to set channel to LPT getting error message saying no media manager is present. I know tivoli is one of this type of software. Does Oracle have any solution for this? Is 'ORacle Secure Backup' is a solution? How can I know regarding configuration of it.

I am using 

UNIX AIX Version 5.3
Oracle 9.2.0.8.0 (64 bit)
