Siebel Colors change when using Remote Desktop Connection

 Hi,
we are implement a cost reduction project with the objective of replacing the hardware of end user with a "thin client". After this, the user uses remote desktop connection to execute the apps he needs. We have been testing several applications and until now no problem was found. When testing Siebel we observe that the color change and we don't know why. Is there any incompatibility between Siebel and Microsoft RDP.
