Resource Group Name

 We are attempting to add resource groups to msc_department_resources using legacy integration.  We get the following error in the staging table for each record:

" The  value provided for RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME is invalid.  Please resubmit this record with a valid value for RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME."

Does anyone know what the resource_group_name is validating against?
