OTL: Is there a feature similar to Excel Freeze Pane functionality in OTL Timecard

 If the timecard period is semi-month or monthly, then the user can see only the first 10 days and the project/task info on the screen, and has to scroll to the right to enter the hours for the rest of the days. When scrolled right, the timecard do not freeze the project/task/exp type information and shows only the dates. So the possibility of entering the hours for a wrong project and task is high.  Is it possible to kind of freeze the project fields on the left so that user can scroll only the days on the timecard, just like the
