Need help regarding Multi currency Scenario

 We are currently using 'PKR' as our Set of book currency for our legal entity which is a chain of schools all around country. Now we are planning to bring the International branch (Dubai) to our instance. Now we want to record those transactions in Dubai base currency as well and consolidate those transactions in our base currency 'PKR'

What implementation should i follow. 

Should i create a separate Set of book with base currency 'Dirham'?
