ACPI Warning (utinit-0077): Invalid FADT

 Hi,

I am getting the following error messages in my log files whenever the syetm boots.

kernel: ACPI Warning (utinit-0077): Invalid FADT value PM2_CNT_LEN=0 at offset 5A FADT=ffff81011dcc59c0 [20060707]

I am using the following version of OEL.

Linux version 2.6.18-164.el5 (mockbuild@ca-build10.us.oracle.com) (gcc version 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-46)) #1 SMP Thu Sep 3 04:15:13 EDT 2009

How do i get rid of this, or can this be neglected.
