Pain & Gain Share Model - Purchasing

Hi All,

I bringing a new topic on to the board.  I want to Model Pain and Gain share with Suppliers during Purchasing.

Here are the questions -

1) Does Oracle Supports this? As per my understanding this is not supported.

2) How can we Model this?

I am trying to find ways for this. Anyone ever worked on this can share their experiences and process documentation. Thank you in Advance.
