Service Request problem when Oracle's contact get the same name but not same company

 Hello,

we registered a Service Request under a name. The problem is that we have in our Oracle database a contact with the same name (at least last name) but not the same company's account.

When we finished to register the SR, the SR is registered under the other contact (from the other company) who has the same last name.

Can you help me how to proceed.
