Changes in COA Values during Upgrade

Modules to upgrade (GL,FA,AR,AP,CM,Projects, Grants)

We are upgrading the above modules from 11i to r12.  We observed that segment values for the accounting flexfield are not created properly, meaning, values have no ranges.  So it requires a clean up.

eg.,   salaries  -factory    1134

          salaries - office      2225

           salaries - others     3229 etc.

So we are thinking to re-organize the segment values in the upgration process.  But the issue is all EXISTING code combinations have been used for the last 10 years. So all module setups have used exisiting code combinations. 

We do not want to re-implement all modules.
