Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. from my awr,i find some problems .like below:

EXecute to parse % : 33.60

Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd %: 0.00

other percents >= 99

what do them mean? does it mean good or bad? and what should i do?
