Moving actuals

   Looking for some help on moving actual hours and cost from stored data in past financial periods

The problem i am running into is that after i pull up the actual units and cost in the past financial periods and i move the hours, it automatically removes cost as well based on the units removed and the price per unit.  So the cost is already removed but the actual costs is still in the past financial period and i dont want it there.  But if i remove it then it takes that amount from the total actual cost as well (double dipping)
