US PAY: Vertex Quantum installation

 I am currently at 11.5.10 and run US HR and payroll. My os version is HP-UX 11.11 PA-RISC. As of 2.9.8 Vertex has retired support for platform HP-UX 11.11. Vertex just came out with 2.9.9 to handle the Oregon tax changes. Does anybody know if Oracle will support 2.9.9 on HP-UX 11.11. If not is there a workaround to handle the Oregon state tax issues. Thanks
