Is it possible to avoid displaying the master item organization code at destination organization LOV for purchase requisition form ‘POXRQERQ’?

If yes, how?

Also, what are steps of personalization to assign a default value for the organization field “LINES. DEST_ORGANIZATION” and prevent end user of changing this value to avoid user entry mistakes
