Hire act conversion

For the hire act, we did the flat tax override and cat code with Q for the employees that qualified us for the credit. Now, we need to do the conversion so that the amount is reflected on the W2 in box 12. We did a paper fix because we are running it in 2011 instead of 2010 but we cannot get the tax history type Q to create, even though reports say that the conversion was successful. We have an open SR, but are not getting any where.... has anyone else had the same issue? Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas on work around? Thanks!
