Patches P6880880, P8350262 with 10.2.0.2

 Hello,

I have a 10g instance at 10.2.0.2 and I need to rebuild the enterprise manager.  I have successfully applied the new P8350262 patch that allows EM to be configured after 12/31/10 on several 10.2.0.4 instances.  The P6880880 patch was applied before and/or during the P8350262 patch.

Is the p6880880/p8350262 patch pair required for the 10.2.0.2 instance?  We are not ready to update the instance to 10.2.0.4 when I would normally apply the p6880880 patch.
