Anybody get the error as the same? create a transaction but not use Invoiceing Rule in Header but ac

Not select Invoicing Rules in Header and not select Accounting Rules in Line ,but when create accounting ,the revenue amount into unrevenue account .

I check it the accounting rule & Invoicing Rules not set in item level. I create transaction by manual. and use the same transaction type in other OU,can get in revenue right.
